About the role: *
Our talent attraction team is looking for a highly-motivated talent acquisition specialist with a background recruiting in engineering and product recruiting to build our world class team that is reimagining the directory spaceYou’ll be working with a wide range of executives and people leaders across the organization to determine hiring needs and foster a referral-friendly environmentWe are in the midst of a major round of hiring across the u.sAnd would like to upgrade our team with a self-driven recruiter who manages change smoothly, while maintaining a great attitude.
Responsibilities:
To source, review, engage and screen candidates for our rapidly growing organization
Drive candidates through the recruiting cycle, keeping our ats (lever) up to date at all times
Engage with hiring managers on hiring needs while maintaining full responsibility for assigned roles
Create an exceptional candidate experience for all potential jumpcloudians
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience
1-3 years of experience actively recruiting for engineering and product rolesIdeally some experience working with non-technical roles as well.
Ability to manage change effectively and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Great communication skills
Ability to work on a variety of roles roles simultaneously
Agency experience preferred
Bachelor`s degree
In accordance with the colorado equal pay for equal work act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on candidate experience level, is $60,000-$70,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissionsJumpcloud provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings planWe have an unlimited vacation policy.

All our roles are remote in the u.sUnless otherwise specifiedOur headquarters is in the denver/boulder, co areaOnce we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote (in the u.s.), work from one of our office locations (co only currently) or flex your time.
