General job summary:
In this role, the recruiter reports to the market research recruiting manager and is responsible for identifying and recruiting new participants for current projects, recruiting on client list projects, and conducting reminder calls/panel nudges.

Responsibilities
Attend project briefings and debriefs on projects as necessary
Recruit from client lists via phone dialing, or email contacting when appropriate
Identify and screen potential respondents for current projects when no list is provided using desk research and networking contact methods
Monitor quotas and proactively communicate and escalate findings found within the conversations with appropriate targets
Conduct daily reminder calls for scheduled research engagements.
Canceling or rescheduling of respondents, as needed
Call unresponsive panel members, inviting them to participate in research studies
Provide daily project-level recruiting status reports
Other duties and projects as assigned
Information security management
The person in this role is responsible for being at all times compliant with the kjt group information security policy and all other policies, processes and documentation which relates to information security within kjt group.
