Position summary
The srSales operations analyst will support the growing korn ferry north america consulting organizationYou will be a close partner and trusted advisor to na consulting leadership and will ensure the smooth running and success of their teamsYou will manage the development and continual improvement of processes used to track pipeline metrics, team performance, deal reviews, as well as ad hoc analytics and forecastingThis role will be the central point of contact representing na consulting with crm and enterprise systems teams as well as cross-functional teams such as digital, marketing, business operations, hr, and financeOur ideal candidate will have a proven record of using data to generate timely, accurate, and actionable insights along with the ability to prioritize work that achieves strong business objectives.
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
Primary responsibilities
Understand the business to provide interpretive and predictive analysis working with consulting leadership teams to assess performance and make organizational decisions
Operate as a leader and coach to consultants and partners within the na organization to help them manage their pipelines, understand client performance, and understand the performance of their teams
Oversee the accuracy of the pipeline across the na consulting markets and solutions
Own all crm reporting and analysis to help leaders drive actions from those insights
Assist with regular forecasting and pipeline analysis
Provide frequent ad-hoc analysis with a high degree of accuracy that often requires completion within short timeframes
Help business development pursuit teams find information needed for rfp/rfi responses
Help build, develop, and test new data visualization and analysis tools
Design, develop, populate, and maintain forecast models, ranging from na to specific market and solution
Collaborate with finance and na leadership to share information for forecasts and ensure all forecasts are completed with the highest level of diligence and precision
Professional experience / qualifications / skills
3-5 years of relevant sales operations or financial analysis experience
High attention to detail while maintaining a systems-thinking approach to see the big picture
Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to explore alternatives, recommend improvements, and implement recommendations
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm and at all levels of the organization
Strong microsoft powerpoint presentation and data visualization skills
Advanced microsoft excel skills
Experience with salesforce.com or similar crm tools
Experience with sap business objects (bobj) and/or sap analytics cloud would be an advantage to this role
