We are an industry leading home inspection company with a reputation for our integrity and excellent customer serviceWe are looking to expand our team and are in search of quality home inspectorsExperience as well as ashi/nachi certification is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
This is an ideal job for those who enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling throughout the twin cities, st cloud, and surrounding areasAt kp home inspections, we offer you the freedom to set your own hours and thereby control your earning potential.
Preferred qualifications:
Basic understanding of building types and materials;
Basic knowledge of hvac, plumbing and electrical;
Ability to access roofs and crawl spaces;
Willingness to travel and work in all elements;
Ability to complete tasks and assignments without daily supervision;
Be organized, communicate well, and have high attention to detail;
Intermediate computer skills;
Must have a reliable vehicle with a good driving record;
