We have a client that is a kansas city based litigation law firm is looking for a part-time or contract attorney to join their teamTheir primary focus is assisting clients with real estate transactions, disputes and protection of propertyThe candidate would be someone who is organized and to draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, trial docs, and other litigation pleadings.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 to 7 years of experience that is practical in their approach to handling disputes, works independently and is detail-orientedKnowledge of local court rules and procedures.
Licensed in both kansas and missouri is a must.
This position is for 20 - 25 hours a weekThis is a collaborative environment, with potential for a remote position, and flexible schedule.
