Job description
The talent acquisition partner identifies, acquires, and evaluates applicants for entry-level and professional positions within kaplan north america (kna).
The incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of local and national recruitment strategies that support current and forecasted hiring needsS/he is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of talent.
Key job responsibilities
Develop job-specific talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives.
Manage applicant processing, selection and recruiting process logistics.
Source candidates from various resources including job boards, social networks, local schools and community resources.
Evaluate candidates for employment through a thorough and effective interview process.
Accurately maintain applicant tracking system to assure records are current.
Orchestrate hiring manager interview schedules.
Facilitate onsite and/or virtual new hire orientation sessions.
Participate in the development and facilitation of hiring manager training on recruitment process-related policies and processes, effective interviewing, and use of the applicant tracking system.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure positive new hire onboarding experiences.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor`s degree and 2+ years experience in recruiting, sales/marketing, or human resources.
Experience in workday, or other applicant tracking system or a high degree of technical aptitude to learn a new system.
Behavioral interviewing experience.
Strong experience in applicant sourcing, internet research, and passive applicant acquisition.
Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid, entrepreneurial environment; with a high volume of requisitions.
Proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint).
Experience building network and community relationships.
Preferred qualifications
