Responsibilities
Assist in the development of a framework to analyze data that will result in automated reporting
Help create a forecast and budget based on previously developed models; including impact of new products; market conditions and other factors
Perform market research/business intelligence to ensure forecasts are accurate
Identify and create process improvements for reporting and dashboards
Partner with internal business leaders to uncover opportunities and provide insights based on financial results
Present forecasts, variance analysis and commentary to key stakeholders
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Three or more years of experience as an fp&a analyst within a financial services environment; preferred candidates will have mortgage experience
Three or more years of experience forecasting revenue
Three or more years of experience performing financial modeling
Demonstrated experience optimizing tools and processes to increase accuracy of models and analysis
Proven proficiency in the microsoft office suite
Proven proficiency with data query/data management tools (sql, tableau et al)
Bachelor`s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
