Location: for those who work at home - various, indiana 47404 job description: looking for a qualified team player to join our leasing support team to work with our equipment leasing business and associated multiple vendor support teams to ensure the future growth through enhancements and ongoing stability of the multiple applications that we supportResponsibilities: monitoring and securing environmental servers follow keybank standard process related activities (governance policy standards) work closely with our vendors on application related issues work closely with our integration technology partners work closely with our business partners
Troubleshoot and resolve application related issues
Maintain and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure successful testing / regulatory compliance
Assess and mitigate risks in partnership with line of business and technology colleagues
Requirements gathering, analysis, data / system design, coding (enhancements / new development), and testing
Software installation & integration
Implementation coordination and communication periodic nightly batch monitoring provides 24 hour on call support on a rotating basis required qualifications: knowledge of windows and/or unix/linux distributed environments understanding of relational data bases and ability to query and analyze data basic knowledge of cloud concepts.net
