At keywords, the qa test lead’s role is primarily to manage a project for successWe are looking for someone to tackle a new ar project with exciting real-world applicationsAn ideal candidate will be able to work alone or lead a team as neededMaintaining solid communication with the dev team and with fellow testers is paramount to keeping the project on track and running smoothly.
Start date: 10/18/21
Contract length: 6 months with possible extension
Shift time: tbd, based in eastern time zone
This position is work from home, but only open to residents of the following states: alabama, california, colorado, florida, indiana, massachusetts, maryland, mississippi, north carolina, north dakota, new mexico, nevada, new york, ohio, oklahoma, oregon, texas, utah, washington
Project currently runs through february 2020.
Role and responsibilities:
Creation of test cases, requires the ability to break down all workflows to ensure full coverage
Design and configure test setups
Test quality of all features
Delegation / assignation of tasks to test team as needed
Delivering regular reports on project progress
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Strong leadership skills and decision-making abilities.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
Capacity to delegate effectively, including decision making where appropriate.
Write and deliver concrete reports to our clients
Pro-actively solve problems as they arise
Experience:
2 years games qa industry experience or more
Fluent written and verbal communication in english
Bonus qualifications:
Previous experience working with unity
Experience with ar or vr
Familiarity with database software (jira, bugzilla, testrail, etc.)
Experience with video capture hardware and software.
Experienced with all next gen and current gen console hardware and software.
Experienced with mobile and pc hardware and software.
