Architectural project manager
Kinetic design incIs immediately hiring for an architectural project manager with commercial knowledge and experience in retail, restaurant, industrial and commercial projectsThe optimum candidate will be proficient in developing construction documents and exhibit impressive construction knowledge and technical drawing skillsNeed to have knowledge with ibc and ada codes.
Primary responsibilities and requirements:
Minimum 3 years work experience in an architectural office
Strong revit and autocad skills, bluebeam knowledge
Responsible for construction documents and design exhibits
Responsible for correcting and updating drawings
Ability to direct job captains and drafters and work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
High level of organization and attention to detail
Understanding of commonly used practices within the industry
Effective communication with clients, project leaders + members
Aptitude to learn and grasp new concepts quickly
Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment
Coordinate with consultants and engineering disciplines
High level of organization and attention to detail
Self-starter, motivated, takes initiative, applies strong work ethic and attention to detail
Assist in coordinating the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project
Demonstrate an understanding of constructability and complex design
Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
This is a full-time position either working remotely from home or based out of our orange county office.
