Job duties & responsibilities
Support the sales organization and their business customers with order management, research and solve issues, and professionally communicate with customer.
Assume responsibility for order process system beginning with order entry steps followed by individual order requirements.
Review order acknowledgments for ship dates and pricing discrepancies
Monitor order and be able to provide customer with updates when necessary
Provide customer service and support to customers via incoming calls or email
Follow up on return merchandise authorizations (rma’s) to ensure proper credit is refunded
Skills & requirements
High school graduate a must
Some college preferred
3-5 years related work experience within a sales organization preferred
Good experience with with microsoft office software (i.e., word, excel, outlook), and internet software required
Experience with an erp or order management system greatly desired.
Experience responding to emails in a professional manner a must
