Inside sales coordinator (remote)
Kinloch equipment & supply, inc(kesi), a market leading 26-year tenured provider of infrastructure maintenance equipment to municipalities and contractors throughout the state of texas is seeking an inside sales coordinator.
This full-time position is primarily structured to work from home within the hours of 8 a.mAnd 5 p.m central time zone; monday through fridayPeriodic visits to one or more of our three physical locations may be required for training, meetings, etcBut are expected to be minimal and flexibleAs such, the ideal candidate for this position would be within close proximity to one of our three locations in either arlington, san antonio or pasadena, tx.
The role will support our team of eight (8) territory sales representatives, two (2) product specialists and dealership management and include the following responsibilities:
Communicates with & provides sales support daily to the sales team.
Create consistent and uniform quoting format templates across all brands represented.
Quote generation to prospective customers based on input from sales representatives.
Updating of cooperative purchasing contract prices as required.
Updating of new business order board to provide visibility into customer orders received and expectation of completion dates for delivery.
Maintain active quote spreadsheet.
Maintain backlog spreadsheet.
Process and schedule demonstrator equipment requests from sales reps.
Generate p.oRequests to fulfill customer orders placed.
Update information in salesforce crm as required.
Works with marketing on promotional campaigns.
Skills needed are:
High level of proficiency in office 365 product suite with emphasis on word and excel.
Experience in using and customization of salesforce crm.
Proactive approach in suggesting better ways to streamline and improve our process.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail and meticulousness.
Timeliness and a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
