Kit check is looking for a recruiting coordinator to ensure that our candidates have the best experience interviewing with usThis position is ideal for a detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to learn more about talent acquisitionThe recruiting coordinator will play a key role on the hr team by helping to manage candidate relationships, scheduling interviews, and supporting the recruiting team efforts.
Duties and responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs to successfully build a pipeline of active and passive talent through various sourcing channels
Manage candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Assist in facilitating candidates through the interview process through scheduling and interfacing with candidates & hiring managers
Assist in evaluating candidates by screening resumes
Ensure our candidates have an amazing experience regardless of outcome
Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in a recruiting coordinator role, preferred
Experience with lever or similar applicant tracking system, preferred
Excellent attention to detail and extremely organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and priorities
Willing to travel up to 10%
