The position:
You are a fearless technology passionate and member of a small scrum team (3-5 people) with a unique identity that drive unprecedented fast paced software development with pegaUnlike typical approach you engage from the very start with the customer from idea generation in pre-sales, to full execution and first rapid go-live and subsequent releasesYou engage very closely with the business users to transform their needs into working software, influencing the way they think about customer journeys and the capabilities of the technologyWe are applying the safe framework and the usual cadence is 8 weeks of remote work and 2 weeks of onsite work with the full team.
Being a consultancy, our teams work on a huge variety of projectsYou could be helping to influence the digital strategy of a retail giant, building a new mobile platform that allow customers to subscribe to complex products with simple and intuitive journeys, creating an application to support running one of the most followed sportive event on earth, developing an application that will disrupt the insurance business in europe, or helping patients get treatments more timelyOur teams never stop re-inventing the future and apply and pioneer the next practices in continuous delivery and devops to radically change the speed and quality for getting solution to end users.
In this role, you will :
Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for the client’s success
Take personal accountability for driving working software to end users as fast as possible
Be part of an interdisciplinary scrum team
Work closely with the business users to transform needs into working software
Apply design and system thinking to solve complex problems
Engineer and develop robust and extensible software solutions
Design validation strategies and develop automation tests
Work with state of the art continuous delivery pipeline
Contribute to internal innovation and r&d activities to shape the next practices on the pega market
Contribute to sales and pre-sales engagements and shaping new engagements

Qualifications / experience
Bachelor’s or master degree in technical or related field
Fluency in spoken and written english
5+ years of experience working within enterprise software delivery
3+ years of experience working as ssa
Cssa certification
Safe experience is an advantage but not a requirement
Proven track record of strong team player
Working remotely
