Summary description:
As senior analog/mixed-signal design engineer, you will be a key player in the r&d team, designing and architecting state of the art mixed-signal blocks and systems for mems microphonesIn addition, you will play an important role in supporting complex failure analyses to ensure smooth ramp-ups and high-volume productionYou will participate in the design and development of new technology platforms and high volume products including all phases of asic development:
Develop high-performance analog/mixed-signal asics from concept to mass production for audio application
Design and verify asic building blocks for test and manufacturability in collaboration with the project team
Develop new block and system architectures
Present concepts and technical status to stakeholders, including customers
Perform post-layout simulations to verify performance at block and system level
Create and patent new ips
Guide layout engineers to ensure the quality of the design
Evaluate asics in the lab to validate performance of building blocks and systems
Perform complex root cause analyses of design and process related issues occurring during development, ramp-up and in production
Identifying requirements and design specification for system and circuit blocks
System design and simulation
Explore new circuit topologies for signal chain circuits to improve performance on power and area
Help build hht design database for analog and digital microphones
Example blocks include: charge pump, comparator, clock generator, low distortion buffers/amplifiers, active and passive filters, adc, delta-sigma modulators, ldos, bandgap etc.
Closely work with layout and other design engineers across various design center and business units.
This is a remote work eligible job opportunity.
