About the opportunity:
We are excited to be looking for a managing consultant, marketing and loyalty programs to join our high performing strategy & consulting team! reporting to the director, strategy & consulting, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of world-class loyalty programs as part of a dedicated team of strategy and consulting professionals.
We are looking for a collaborative team member who can evaluate and help design strategies for some of the biggest retail, banking, cpg and travel names in the world.
You will play a leading role in strategy & consulting engagements and will manage client stakeholders, helping to build strong and trust-based relationshipsYou’ll develop insightful, well supported recommendations from diverse data sources, build presentations that effectively communicate them, and deliver these in a compelling way to senior clients - identifying and creating opportunities for kognitiv to expand our relationship with them.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Leading consulting projects with effective engagement of senior leaders where appropriate
Creating or leading the creation process for project deliverables - including economic models, market research, conceptual frameworks, and presentation materials
Lead the creation and delivery proposal content
Presentation of deliverables to senior clients
Creating recommendations based on diverse data sources
Define the business objectives and framework for implementations in kognitiv’s technology offerings through presentations to the client and implementation teams.
Develop an expert understanding of kognitiv’s processes and capabilities and how these can be most effectively presented to clients
Support improvements in our consulting products and processes
Identify where clients’ needs and kognitiv’s offerings align and support the selling process in partnership with business development
Who are you?
To be successful in this position you will requires a diverse set of skills including stakeholder management, problem-structuring, data analysis and strategy development.
You have phenomenal communication and presentation skills and thrive on your ability to tell a compelling story in slides and in wordsYour experience has taught you when and why to apply different analytical techniques to support a client and/or project and you have brilliant project management skills!
5+ years relevant experience in either a management consulting, strategy, marketing or data- driven insights role
Understanding of loyalty program and customer marketing strategies
Clear evidence of excellent strategic, conceptual, and analytic skills
Knowledge of management consulting practices and tools
Strong capability in the interpretation and presentation of analytics results and their implications for loyalty program design
Experience in stakeholder management and presentation of results
Explicit and demonstrated passion for customer insights and their translation to creative and programmatic execution
Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships across internal and external organizations
