What we are looking for
Korbyt’s professional services department is looking for an experience project manager, based in the us, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills who can lead multiple cloud migration projects and new logo projects.
The project manager will be responsible for managing project scope and deliverables across multiple customer projects at a time, managing and coordinating the time of technical solution engineers’ to deliver technical services to migrate existing customers and on-board new customers to our korbyt anywhere platform.
Activities will include preparing project deliverables and timelines, leading customer project calls, scheduling resources, developing and tracking lists of deliverables and project milestone lists, leading user acceptance testing calls and closing projects
This position requires software, services or web project management experience, strong communications and prioritization skills and the ability to work internally across multiple teams including sales, sales engineering, customer success, customer support, accounting and professional servicesFamiliarity with salesforce.com, project management tools, and pm best practices is required.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and is not afraid to ask questions or have critical conversations.
Requirements:
What you’ll do
Lead and manage korbyt professional services project teams to deliver successful technical software implementations within the sold scope of work and budget hours available on projects
Create, maintain, and execute project plans (milestones and timelines) and project deliverables lists across multiple active projects
Monitor and communicate project updates, statuses and risks both internally and to customers
Manage the change request process as necessary within active projects
Coordinate internal resource calendars to meet client delivery expectations
Lead customer project kick-off calls, status calls and close-out calls
Attend daily team standups and weekly internal and customer status meetings as necessary
Maintain project statuses and submit weekly status reports
Work with accounting and solution engineers to successfully close and invoice aging projects
What you have
Minimum of 4 years saas industry experience
2-5 years of project management experience with a track record of managing projects across multiple industries
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing with the ability to make complex and technical concepts easy to understand
Strong consulting and project management skills, with proven results working as a reliable advisor to drive business value for customers
Ability to work individually and on a collaborative team in a fast paced and continuously evolving environment
Strong computer skills including the microsoft office (word, powerpoint, excel) and salesforce
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
2+ years’ experience in a related client-facing role, such as implementation or consulting
Successful experience working directly with customers to resolve complex implementation issues
Bachelor`s degree
