Job description:
The lead oracle ebs analyst will be the primary interface between it and the business to identify requirements and translate into solutions that efficiently utilize existing ebs processesThe lead analyst role will support the existing ebs production footprint, design enhancements, and solution new implementations where business needs necessitate themThis position will require deep knowledge of the oracle ebs system across multiple modules in order to be able to solution effectively.
Job responsibilities:
Manages large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction.
Provides functional leadership and expertise in a variety of oracle ebs r12 application areas including advanced supply chain planning, discrete manufacturing, and inventory.
Provides strong functional knowledge and leadership of the oracle ebs applications for oracle implementation projects and enhancement requests.
Designs and develops creative and unique solutions to enhance the usability and efficiency of the solution implemented at l3harris.
Help define the strategic direction of the ebs application within the segment.
Works closely with the other functional and technical team members to determine feasibility and cost of proposed solutions.
Provides strong functional knowledge and leadership using implementation methodology through all phases of an implementation project including: analysis, design, build, testing, training, support.
Ability to troubleshoot and drive issue resolution with oracle applications.
Ability to recommend, develop and document effective, value-add processes and procedures that ensure consistency and compliance.
Work is guided by individual annual goals and objectives with minimal oversight or direction.
Communicates within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches.
Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in it, engineering, or business related field and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience or graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
7+ years of experience implementing and supporting oracle ebs applications.
Preferred qualifications:
3 full life cycle implementation experience with oracle applications.
Ability to work with and collaborate with all levels of business users within the organization.
Knowledge of ebs general ledger module.
Ability to use sql.
Knowledge of planning tools like kinaxis rapidresponse.
