We are currently seeking a contract recruiter (open ended contract) to join our dynamic talent acquisition team in huntsville, al., supporting the customer/product support headquarters.
Position description:
Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy to ensure overall good communication, as well as, a smooth recruiting process with an average range of 10-15 requisitions at any time.
Responsible for recruiting for lg`s in home repair/service organization, customer care, and corporate roles.
Responsible for recruiting both management and production level employees.
Utilize exceptionally innovative sourcing techniques and leverages technology to find active and passive candidates, cold calling, and establishing a network of talent and resources.
Manage applicant flow within ats (taleo); source, screen resumes/candidates utilizing modernhire (video screening and interviewing tool), coordinate interviews (may include travel, hotel accommodations), prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information, interview schedule and other information as needed.
Interview and facilitate the selection and decision process, preparation of offer letters, and management of the candidate onboarding process.
Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased and compliant with ofccp requirements and all other applicant tracking requirementsWill also facilitate interviewing and hiring best practices, policies and laws.
Minimum requirements:
Associate’s degree is required (bachelors degree preferred)
A minimum of three years of corporate, full-life cycle recruiting experience required.
Prior recruitment experience supporting either corporate and/or a field base service organization is strongly preferred
Experience working with an ats is required; taleo business edition is a plus
Experience utilizing video interviewing tools is strongly preferred.
Prior new hire onboarding experience is strongly preferred
Fluency in microsoft office including word, excel, and outlook is required
