About the position
A remote reservation specialist at lucky & lady® is responsible for interacting with clients; booking reservations; updating records and data; accepting payments; and editing reservations for pets currently in our careAs our client’s potential first point of contact, you set the stage and help create our client’s first impressionMust have impeccable customer service and problem solving skills, plus be able to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously with a polite and cheerful demeanor and without background noise or distractions.
This position requires an extremely organized person who is able to interact with clients on a variety of mediums, including text messaging, web chats, email, telephone, and through leads generated on platforms like facebook and yelpRequired hardware includes a mobile phone, a pc or mac computer, and a solid internet connection with wifi capabilityAs with all of our team members, remarkable trust and reliability are required.
Previous experience in a veterinary or boarding facility is preferred but we will train the right peopleExpect to be onsite for two weeks before beginning remote workSome onsite attendance may be required as needed for additional training or company meetings.
Required qualifications
Must regard safety and security as the absolute highest priority
Must have excellent written and oral communications skills
Must possess a smart mobile phone capable of downloading mobile apps and a pc or mac computer
Must have a reliable internet connection with wifi capability
Must be eligible for employment in the u.s.
Must simply love pets
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
All team members must be certified in canine and feline cpr and first aid and we will provide this training
Preferred qualifications
Working knowledge and experience using gingr, our cloud-based software
Experience using pet or salon booking software
Previous retail/sales experience
