Remote employment law associate

Our clients include franchisees of global corporations, fortune 500 companies and small businessesEvery attorney handles all aspects of employment law counseling, agency charge response and litigation.
Employment law associate responsibilities:
Counsel clients on employment matters
Investigate and respond to local, state and federal agency charges
Draft and review employment policies and employee handbooks
Handle all aspect of employment law litigation, including assisting with care strategy, conducting written and oral discovery, research and drafting pleadings, motions and briefs
Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and their hr staff and managers
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experiences, preferably in employment law, as well as experience counseling and effectively communicating with clients
Strong analytical, verbal and written communicating with clients
Ability to be focused, detail oriented, and `leave no stone unturned` in advocacy efforts on behalf of our employer clients
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced environment
Stellar academic credentials; and
Member in good standing of the bar of one or more states
