Full job description
Sql tester with bigdata
Signal hill, ca /
Remote
Designing and implementing test automation frameworks using python or java or scala, and sql.
Developing test strategies, test plans and test cases and implement best practices related to sdlc, both manual and automated testing with a specific focus on data quality
Mandatory to have experience in writing complex sql queries.
Have good testing experience in working with rdbms/hadoop/spark, and any other big data technologies.
Monitoring the consistency of the data ingested, data integrity, find data mismatches, ensuring correctness of data pipelines and validating outcomes of analytical models
Implementation including loading from disparate data sets, preprocessing using hive and pig.
Scope and deliver various big data solutions
