Full job description
Legacy health llc was founded in 2004 as a medical billing service organization dedicated to serving the true needs of ambulatory surgery centers, physicians, clinics and urgent care centers.
We are seeking an experienced hr mangerThis position will be a fast paced environment, and the candidate will need to be adaptable and flexible.
Legacy works 100% remoteThe position will be w2, and equipment will be provided.
Description
Supports all aspects of the human resource department to provide an organized and productive workflow
Monitors compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Provides excellent customer service to staff/faculty and external customers
Prepares and/or sends out internal employee communications
Maintains employee files to include updating and maintaining human resource information system (hris) records and compiling reports from database.
Must have recruitment experienceThe hr manager will be in charge for hiring for any stateside employees and helping with the selection processHr will assist new hires with all paperwork and payroll.
Manage new employee orientationEnsures all new hire paperwork is completed and submitted into payroll system
Performs benefits administration - process benefits invoices and monitor adjustments; maintain relationships with benefits representativesUpdate employee information; assists with open enrollment and communicate benefit information to employees
Assists employees with payroll system access and various hr related requests
Process requisitions for job postings
Performs other responsibilities as required and assigned
Must have previous hr experience 3 years and advanced in microsoft office products.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
