Duties and responsibilities include:
- ability to understand and apply basic legal principles;
- speaking with clients who call our firm for legal help and advice as well as outbound calls in response to inquiries;
- a courteous and enthusiastic phone manner;
- striving to meet sign up goals;
- providing the highest level customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor and personal presentation at all times
