Support the chief marketing officer in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Help communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
Help plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
Monitors and manages the company`s social media accounts and communications channels
Help create written and video content for collateral materials, web and social media distribution

Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in standard `office` suites, especially word processor, spreadsheet and presentation software
Familiarity with web content management software, especially wordpress
Basic knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
6mos-1 year in a similar role, or an internship (preferred)
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
