What we’re looking for
Our team is looking for customer-obsessed and energetic part-time sales agents to advise 30-50 people per day on their insurance purchasing decisionThis is a part-time role (20-28 hours / week) that’s 100% remote! business or business-related major is strongly preferredThis role has incredible perks like family-friendly flex hours, tuition reimbursement, paid streaming subscriptions (netflix, hulu, showtime, hbo max, etc.), mental health subscriptions (betterup), peloton and much more!

Our part-time sales agents are professionally trained to match our clients with the right insurance products from our roster of 40+ top-rated insurance carriersYou’ll play a critical role in providing peace of mind to our customers and their familiesThis is a `contact center` role where you`ll be on the phone ready to take calls and speak with clients at all times so being a `people-person` is a plus!
We`ll expect you to show up on your first day with your insurance license test passed and in return we`ll pay for all 40 of your state insurance licenses, carrier appointments, e&o and all ongoing renewal costsWe’ll also ship you all the gear (computer, headset, etc.) that you’ll need to be successful.
What you’ll need
Business or business-related degree from 2- or 4-year university strongly preferred
Admitted for life & health resident insurance license by your start date
Pleasant inbound customer service and ability to stick to our script
Enjoy working fully-remote and being on the phone! you’ll talk to 30-50 people each day.
During training, must be able to attend all training sessions between 10am-2pm cst monday-friday for your first three months.
Following training certification, you can then pick your own hours (must schedule 4hr minimum shifts, 20-28hrs per week).
Positive “customer-first” attitude - we’re huge customer advocates and will expect you to treat every caller as if they’re a long-lost family member.
Strong sense of internal motivation - coachability is a must! we’re looking for sales agents who want to develop a lucrative career, tackle new opportunities, and grow both personally and professionally.
Ability to diligently maintain a clean pipeline and stay ahead of customer email, text, and voicemail.
Ability to work a consistent, predictable schedule minimal adjustment.
Ability to close businessDon’t worry, practice makes perfect, and we’ll help you along every step of the way!
Ability to stay empathetic, kind, and helpful with every customerWe use a highly detailed script and will expect it to be read verbatim.
All candidates must have a submit a completed application and recent clean credit report and must have no misdemeanor / felony convictions and no vectors.
All candidates must pass our internal assessment and loma test.
