A prominent, well-established business immigration law firm in midtown manhattan is looking for a remote immigration attorney with 2-7 years of experience in all aspects of immigration lawWe offer an outstanding, team-oriented environment with tremendous opportunity for long-term career advancement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Prepping immigration petitions (h-1b, l, e, and green card)
Handling perms, i-140’s
Full range of niv (espH & l)
Iv petitions
Qualifications
2+ years of uninterrupted experience practicing business immigration law
Ability to handle high volume and diverse caseload
Impeccable english writing and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Compensation
Salary - $90k - $150k (doe)
Benefits including, health (70% paid by the employer)

17 pto days from date of hire
Ala dues and notary license paid for by the firm
