Trucking dispatcher / sales
We are looking for a dispatcher/sales for our growing trucking business based in austin, texasWe run trucks both locally and nationwideLooking for someone who is a self-starter and will hustle every day to negotiate with freight brokers and customers to ensure our trucks are moving freight at the best possible ratesDispatcher is responsible for finding loads, negotiating the rate, booking the load, then coordinating with the driver throughout the load to ensure prompt and successful deliveryCommunication is key!

Ideal skills
Great on the phone - strong communication skills
A hustler - always negotiating and working hard to get the best load and rate
Dedicated - will work hard daily on the phone and computer to ensure all trucks are loaded and making money
Great computer skills - effectively searching for loads, able to handle invoicing, etc
No distractions - this is a remote job but dispatcher must be able to work throughout the morning and day with a constant eye on the computer and on the phones searching for loads
Be able to cold call potential new customers and convince them to use our services
We will train you on the specifics
Requirements
Must have reliable internet
Must have a computer and 2 screens (needed to efficiently search for loads and simultaneously see everything needed)
Must be able to work starting at 7am to 5pm, monday - friday remotely
Pay
Salary base pay + commission - typically between $4,000 to $5,500/month with potential to make unlimited more (w2)
