Full job description
Applicant must be atlanta, georgia based
I’m looking for the yin to my yangIs that you? your #1 objection is to ensure i remain in my zone of genius by helping me manage my day-to-day (business and personal).
But before we get into the breakdown of the position, i’d love to get better acquaintedHere are some things about me:
If we’re speaking in enneagram, i’m a 1w2* this means that i am super goal oriented, ambitious and a perfectionistThis means that i am quick to just `do it myself` and i need someone who is quick to say `no loran, you don`t need to be focusing on that right now`I need someone who is happy to present better options to me so that i don`t overthink myself into oblivion
I get really consumed with the small details and need someone who can bring me back to reality with the big pictureIf you can multi-task and think around a perfectionist, i need you stat!
I’m allergic to micromanaging* i hate being micromanaged and so in turn, i also hate micromanagingDue to this, i am not looking for a box checker but someone who can take ownership and implement without much hand holding (i will provide the guidance of course - i know you`re not a mindreader)We’ll vibe if you dig this.
You’re also excellent at being present, in the moment, giving the task(s) at hand your full attentionAt the same time, you see the why of what you’re doing and how it fits into the big pictureTherefore, you’re able to prioritize what gets done and in what order, and you get a kick out of problem solving.
I’m a straight shooter but like to have fun* i do not beat around the bushMy communication style is direct and i appreciate when others get straight to the point as wellIf that`s your communication style, we`ll mesh well together.
Now, just because i’m a straight shooter doesn’t mean i’m boring, lolI am playful and do not like to take myself seriously, at allI love working with people who have a great sense of humor and can also have fun when needed.
If all of the above sounds good to you, let`s get into the position and what i need your help with
