Responsibilities for logistics coordinator
Manage incoming orders and handle all flooring needs for each account
Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
Prepare accurate invoices
Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
Coordinate schedules of subcontractors
Qualifications for logistics coordinator
5+ years` experience in customer service or logistics management preferred (not required)
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Multitasking is must
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of basic systems
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (spanish/english) speaking
