We are looking to hire a foundation engineering manager to work remotely and support business in the united states and canada.

Working in the foundation engineering market in us and canada, building a solid network of contacts, delivering expertise to sales representatives and project managersKey resource for geotechnical applicationsYou will provide action plans and analysis for gaining business, which includes providing support for complex technical issues and assisting in product and sales trainingYou will maintain customer relationships by improving business at existing accounts; support newly attained “major” accounts and gain new business at projects and contractors.
These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role
Geotechnical engineering degree required, 10 years industry experience, 5 years sales experience.
Strong know-how in one or more of the following areas: grouting, deep-soil mixing, jet grouting, d-walls, anchors, piling (bored, driven, micro-piles, cfa…).
Prior knowledge of the use of additives in the geotechnical applications would be an advantage.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, executive selling skills and expertise, basic financial analysis skills, intermediate computer skills and detailed knowledge of industry.
Principal responsibilities
Establishment and connection with key geotechnical contractors in na (us and canada);
Identification of customer needs;
Leading and supporting sales in the foundation engineering
Strong connection with ugc and as sales forces for specific projects, i.eSales forces to support (and be supported) for specific trials or introduction of new technologies;
Assessment of the na portfolio (internal and competitive)
Support and feedback for the global portfolio in foundation engineering;
Contacts with industry bodies (e.gDfi, adsc);
Participation at key conferences
