Etl visual studio sql report and data transformation developer lcat: integration engineer, sr utilize visual studio to develop ssrs and ssis packages to develop reports and perform data extractions and transformations in a highly visible, enterprise-wide reporting and dashboard data repository that follows the agile methodology with daily scrumsUtilize knowledge of ms sql server, including agents, jobs, and stored procedure developmentWork as part of a team providing development and leverage expertise in qualitative and quantitative analytical work to assess the effectiveness of the operations, as neededThis position is primarily a sql development roleBasic qualifications:
Experience with the development of reports, analytics, and visualizations development using ssrs in visual studio.
Experience with developing ssis packages in visual studio.
Experience with designing microsoft power bi dashboards and managing the power bi gateways with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization
10+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Experience with providing and presenting reports to management and directors
Experience with database design, data engineering, data modeling, database normalization, database management technologies, and optimization and performance tuning using sql column store indexes and table partitions
Experience with etl package design and development using sql server integration services
Experience in gathering business requirements and working with diverse customers
Knowledge of agile development and processes
Ability to communicate issues and successes via various platforms
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Additional qualifications:
Experience with using team foundation server and a github as code repository
Experience with cloud environments
Ability to develop azure data factory in extracting data by creating pipelines, activity, data sets, and linked services
