Job purpose: compile, process, and maintain patient’s health information in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the practice in a timely mannerThis is a part-time role that will work remotely after training.

Prepare electronic charts for appointments.
Obtain necessary documents from outside sources using various ehr (electronic health record) systems.
Scan/upload documents and results into ehr system.
Process chart requests from other departments within the organization.
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with hipaa and practice regulations.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
