Our state farm agency located in scottsdale is currently looking for a licensed insurance professional who is an aggressive self starter with a great attitude to help serve our clients and grow our business through selling state farm products and providing high quality customer service and aggressive production.
Job duties include customer service as well as strong focus on salesMaking the client happy is always the first priority in our officeUnparalleled sales and customer service skills are a natural gift that is required to be a part of our teamWe are a goal oriented office with an emphasis on salesEach team member is required to meet monthly sales goalsWe encourage you to accomplish this by utilizing your individual strengths ie: cross-selling, networking, cold calling, etc.
Skills / requirements * az property and casualty producers license * life and health license * minimum of 5 years of insurance experience! * previous state farm experience (required)No exceptions..
Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy * ability to create and maintain business relationships with prospects and policyholders* proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior * ability to organize and act on several activities concurrently
Successfully complete all company, state and federal requirements (licenses) to market and service designated state farm products and continue to be licensed in good standing is required.
