Role overview
Advertising is undergoing sweeping changeAs an account associate at marketing architects, you’ll be right in the middle of the action.
Our client services department consults with famous brands to meet a crucial goal- produce profitable marketing results.
To be successful in this role, the qualified individual needs to:
Consistently execute our media, creative, telecom, and strategy processes.
Provide administrative support, meeting scheduling, campaign tracking, and more to account directors.
Assist with project management, workflow system data entry, and reporting.
Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
Manage small projects and support our senior account team on larger projects.
Research, track, and report on competitive landscape and marketplace trends.

Qualifications
0-3 years marketing, analytical, and client services experience in an agency or professional setting.
Experience in business marketing or communications preferred.
Must demonstrate problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
Works expeditiously and adheres to timelines.
Be supportive in nature, innovative in spirit, and self-reliant.
Have a hunger for learning and be willing to go above and beyond expectations.
