Maverc technologies is looking for a srData storage engineer to support our customer working on zero trust strategies for enterprise systemsThis position would combine state-of-the-art facilities, ground-breaking programs, and visionary people charged with discovery of the leader to unparalleled capability to defend data and systems from the threat and risk of a cyber attackUsing zero trust cybersecurity will counteract successful data breaches by working to safeguard the architecture for every device, application, and microservice is responsible for its own securityValidation, authentication, and threat prevention are accounted for in each step a user makes through a system`s infrastructureAs enterprise systems develop increasingly adopted to the cloud, the zero trust strategy will be leveraged to protect data for government customers.
What you will do
Provide engineering support and direction in storage-related projects.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new products and technologiesE
Ensure best practice solutions across storage platforms.
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of storage technologies.
Define and promote standards, guidelines, and policies for the use and integration of technology.
Utilize engineering experience with a variety of technologies: netapp, bridgeworks, emc vplex, emc unity, and steelfusion technologies.

Qualifications
Required (10 years)
Bachelor`s degree or related work experience
Knowledge, experience, and/or coursework in zero trust security infrastructure
Ability to perform tasks under limited supervision
5+ years of experience with san, nas, virtual storage, object storage, software-defined storage and/or hyper-converged infrastructure
Prior storage engineering/architecture experience with knowledge in all aspects of designing, developing, managing large real-time systems
