Overview:
We’re seeking a professional services delivery manager to lead delivery of our professional services engagementsOur customers seek to both develop their environmental, social, and governance (esg) programs and report on esg metrics, and you’ll help them by managing and delivering their engagement’s scope.
Essential functions & responsibilities:
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Professional services engagement – esg report filing:
Assist customers gather and collect esg data
Quality assure data in preparation of necessary reporting
Assist with data imports and mapping to reporting entities
Provide reporting guidance as needed
Support customers through regular check-ins and reviews
Maintain high-quality customer relationships
During heavy seasons (q2-q3), manage seasonal employees
Knowledge, skills and abilities:

High school diploma or ged
1-3 years’ experience in customer facing role
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
