Mediafly is looking for a talent coordinator to join our team! this person will help build a strong, qualified, and diverse candidate pipeline for our growing organizationYou are ideally people-focused, have a keen eye for detailIn this role, you will work closely with our talent acquisition specialist and hr teamThis is a critical role that will be key in building our talented teamsThis role will come with a lot of opportunities and access to learn more about ta and hr practices in the tech spaceThis is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Implement and execute against a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs, staying ahead of new innovation and industry trends
Leverage existing knowledge of the local/national talent market to build competitive intelligence and a database of target companies
Cultivating relationships with key candidates and diverse talent pools, according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization; turn applicants from non-active to active
Support our talent acquisition specialist through coordinating zoom and phone interviews with hiring managers and candidates across our global teams
Screen inbound resumes for targeted competencies
Collaborate with the hr team on projects and other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
1+ year of progressive and successful sourcing/research experience, either within a tech-driven company or a staffing/search firm
Proven success building and utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, including proactive research, diversity sourcing, and employer brand promotion
Previous success managing and prioritizing multiple searches, candidate pools, and stakeholder relationships
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Efficient and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively, without much supervision
Proficient with google suite and internal recruiting tools (e.gApplicant tracking system, linkedin, etc)
