Your mission:
The primary focus for this position will be project management and product analysis in support of the r&d technical operations, data and analytics teamThe focus will be on cross r&d data driven projects and initiatives some of which cross product solutions and involve other departments within the companyThe project management methodology will be primarily agile and incorporate standard practices when beneficialAdditionally the role will include supporting data and analytic projects, dashboards and reporting.
Facilitate cross-product deliverables, including but not limited to, product roadmaps, product delivery, product engineering and realization.
Support coordination of team activities, meetings, communications, and issue resolution among core team members, senior management and other stakeholders.
Support facilitation of multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment using hybrid project management and analysis processes.
Support multiple projects simultaneously.
Support publishing and maintenance of project plans, schedules, issues lists, status reports, and meeting agendas with action items.
Support risk management activitiesAnticipate and manage risks, publish a product team risk register, proactively communicate risks/issues to management in a timely manner, and offer creative solutions.
Become familiar and maintain up-to-date, basic, working knowledge of technical environments which you are assigned to support.
Learn, understand, use, develop and support team data driven reporting processes, tools and dashboards, including but not limited to jira, confluence and tableau.
Gain understanding of the standardized product development processes established across software development lifecycle and release management.
Perform scrum master functions: schedules and leads the release planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming and daily scrum activities where assigned.
Whenever possible, work on-site, rather than working remotely (e.g., from home), at your supervisor’s discretion.

Your education & experience:
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
Prior project management or coordination experience
Some understanding project management and agile scrum practices
Some understanding of technical infrastructure concepts and architecture preferred
Some understanding on delivering commercial software products on-time, on-budget with the agreed upon scope
Understanding the implementation of large scale systems a plus
Certified scrum master (csm) a plus
Background in a regulated environment a plus
