It is crucial for our litigation lawyers to possess strong verbal and written communication, research, organizational and analytical skillsYou should be detail-oriented and results-driven team playersLitigation lawyers should be adept at communicating with people of diverse ethnic and social backgrounds, as they will typically be conversing with witnesses, experts, judges, law enforcement officers and other lawyersYou will be consulting with clients, conducting pre trial activities, and representation if necessary.
