A day in the life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day activities in administrating our global lti program including all aspects of recordkeeping, reporting, and reconciliationThe lti administrator needs to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data in the record tracking systems and be able to work closely with key internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the compensation operations execution and implementation of lti programs, in partnership with the coeAdminister the lti program nomination process, including reporting, systems maintenance, and auditing of data.
Recommend and implement process improvements
Document and maintain procedures and business process work flows
Respond to inquiries via servicenow regarding lti programs and awards.
Advise coe regarding implementation alternatives and processes, in partnership with peoplefluent system admin
Work with compensation operations team and coe on any special projects or tasks as requested
Work with the stock administration team on quarterly lti grant process
Must have: minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of compensation experience; or, advanced degree with 2+ years’ experience
Nice to have
Experience administrating lti programs or other equity plan
Advanced excel knowledge
Self-directed work style, able to work autonomously with minimal direction and deliver results with customer service skills, action-oriented, operates with sense of urgency
Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and issues with a results-oriented mindset
