Pay&Go is the leading provider of innovative payment processing and Technology Solutions.

We are looking for a talented individual with exceptional skills and abilities to fill the vacancy immediately with the following requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and supervise marketing operations to achieve revenue target
- Coordinate with Head of Sales & Marketing in developing marketing plan and budget
- Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast
- Recommend and assisting creative and cost effective promotional activities
- Conduct marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness among consumers
- Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements
- Work in outstation and analyze the market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD BE
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing and those who have completed SLIM or CIM will be an added advantage
- 1-3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing field
- Age below 35 years with a good working attitude
- Positive outlook and friendly nature
- Excellent communication skills in all three languages are a must
- Willingness to travel around Sri Lanka when required
