Title: recruitment consultant
Full cycle recruitment, ft, contract to permanent, remote
Melo associates is a growing recruitment firm out of chicago that focuses on customer success and technology hiringWe are expanding and are excited to add to the team! we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our growth! we are looking for someone that wants to learn with melo associates and take more responsibility over time.

Responsibilities:
Attend a minimum of 2 networking events on a weekly basis representing melo associates (including virtual or in person events)
Business development – identify and connect with potential clients that could use our services
Source, identify, and match strong candidates to our clients’ needs
Responsibilities with internal company initiatives/other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Recruitment experience
Business development experience
Strong understanding of linkedin and ats systems
Strong research capabilities
Strong communication skills
Be empathetic and an active listener
Enjoy building relationships
Coachable
Curious and like to figure things out
Resume coaching or career coaching experience is a plus, but not required
