Overview:
The recruiter in the human resources department provides sourcing, interviews, recruitment, job offers, coordination of new hire paperwork, maintain databases and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidatesRecruiters interpret compensation, benefits, job descriptions, and position requirements to applicantsAssist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, procedures, strategies and planningRecruiters attend recruitment events on- and off-campus, representing mercyIs able to work independently, exhibit a professional appearance, make decisions and support all team membersAssists department directors with co-worker issues and policy questions in the absence of the hr directorAssists co-workers with any and all hr-related questions.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years experience.
Required education: bs degree required or equivalent experience.
Preferred education: associate/bachelor degree.
Preferred certification: phr, shrm, certified internet recruiter
