Position description:
Metaphase is seeking a system analyst / tester with a minimum of two (2+) or more years of experience to join our federal it transformation team bringing technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to federal clients.
You will be responsible for supporting an it modernization effort to design, develop, and innovate end-to-end, complex programs - re-platforming and consolidating a number of antiquated legacy systems onto the salesforce platformThe team will partner with key business stakeholders, design teams, development and qa teams, in designing an exceptional it solution.
Specific duties:
Work closely with product owners, end-users, and other stakeholders via working sessions, interviews, and surveys to discover, document, and maintain a set of comprehensive requirements via user stories/epics and roadmaps
Capture requirements, needs, and features through user stories and define acceptance criteria
Provide information and input to support prioritization and backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, product demos, and sprint retrospectives
Independently develop and execute test cases/scripts, captures bugs and issues, and work closely with development teams throughout sprints
Assist in client user acceptance testing by providing client testers with functional support, review and validate issues, and work with the development team to address valid issues
Create documentation to meet client sdlc requirements and gate review processes
Develop user guides, training materials, and other user support materials
Produce professional, client-ready materials in a fast-paced environment for presentation to key project stakeholders.
Provide a range of support functions, including meeting coordination, and action item tracking.
Advises on projects focused on salesforce.com - sales cloud, service cloud, and the force.com platform.
Participate in technical requirements analysis and deployment aspects of the software development lifecycle
Basic qualifications (required):
Minimum of two (2+) or more years of experience in a functional role (e.gRequirements, test) on web-based application projects
Experience with system development life cycle (sdlc) processes and agile (backlog grooming, sprint planning, scrum)
Experience in creating test cases and test suites, executing test scripts, and capturing bugs and issues
Desired qualifications:
Federal consulting experience
Experience working on salesforce.com platforms and knowledge of salesforce integration patterns.
