In this role, you will shape medium’s voice and presence across social channelsYou will be responsible for developing strategy, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions, growing medium’s social channels, and driving audience engagementThe ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven social media expert with experience leading social for a major publisher and developing brand voice/identity on social.
What you`ll do:
Lead strategy and execution for medium’s presence across social channels(twitter, instagram, facebook, linkedin)
Drive experimentation on emerging social channels/products(clubhouse, twitter spaces, etc)
Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement and loyalty
Share weekly and monthly reporting and insights with key stakeholders
Expand medium’s social listening capabilities and identify brand opportunities based on audience sentiment and feedback
Execute day-to-day posting
Who you are:
You have 6+ years of relevant social media experience
You`ve got strong editorial judgment
You have familiarity with social tools such as socialflow, tweetdeck, and curalate
You have a proven ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
You`re able to utilize data for strategic decision-making, and also bring creative solutions to the table
