Position summary:
We are searching for a community marketing manager to help build our presence and partnerships in our current and future marketsYou will assist and provide support to the marketing department in the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing programs that support patient acquisition growth and increase brand awarenessThis position will work closely with the director of marketing to create, maintain and strengthen the brand through integrated marketing campaigns, creative programs, and reaching to referral sources through local community efforts.
Position responsibilities:
Plans and executes effective grassroots marketing plans at a local level
Manage local partnerships and referral sources
Seed and develop relationships with potential partners
Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
Act as the liaison between referral sources and mindful care
Continuously conduct local research to discover consumer trends
Tracks and reports on local competitive activity and performance; advises on implications for action
Owns the building and optimization of local partnerships and community engagement plans to drive awareness and usage of mindful care locations
Support patient acquisition team to ensure all patient experience is positive
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in the development and execution of grassroots marketing campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with microsoft office suite or related software
2-5 years of experience in outreach/partnership marketing (preferred)
