Full job description
Misna group inc is looking for a recruiter to join our team of highly qualified professionalsThe recruiter is responsible for finding qualified truck drivers and ensure consistent follow-ups with candidates.
The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills, experienced negotiating strategies and excellent organizational abilitiesHe/she should be familiar with cdl class a truck driver recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.
This is a remote/telecommute position
Please have at least 1 year of cdl class a recruiting experience
Responsibilities:
Manage talent acquisition – post jobs and ads in select locationsScreen and source qualified applicants and resumesCoordinate the interview process with individuals.
Strategize – manage all stages of the recruitment processWork with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organizationCreate exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing employeesDraft and create job descriptions as neededCollaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
Administrative duties – schedule interviews and consistent follow-ups until the potential truck driver candidate is badgedPerform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
6 months - 1 year or more of cdl class a recruitment
Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient computer skills and experience using recruitment platforms
Must be able to speak english
