We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated accountability coach to help keep our highest level clients on task and working on what yields them the biggest resultsWe believe in promoting from within and are looking for a long-term relationship with someone who can rise within the organization.
Qualifications & qualities:
Has demonstrated success in coaching
Likes to get things done and is willing to hold themselves and others accountable
Can help clients diagnose and move through roadblocks and hurdles, particularly the internal kind, that hold them back -- i.e., procrastination, self-doubt, etc.
Coaching certification (i.eIcf or other)
Nice to have but not necessary: experience in mindset coaching
Nice to have but not necessary: spanish-speaking
Job responsibilities:
1 coaching call per month with each client (around 20-30 clients)
Track progress and outcomes in google docs
Review clients and progress with ceo once a month
Attend weekly call led by ceo with all of the clients (tuesdays at noon eastern)
Possible participation/support at quarterly 3 day retreats (2 in-person in miami and 2 virtual)
For this position you would be working virtually from a professional-looking office or home office environment with adequate lighting and a nice backdrop (no virtual backgrounds, please).
