We are looking for an energetic, fast, and detailed originated designer to work with our team and convert designs into technical plansDesigner responsibilities include gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and equipment requirements, and setting up production methodsIf you have hands-on experience with bim and revit software and are familiar with building processes, we’d like to meet youUltimately, you’ll help build functional, secure, and well-designed products and structures.
Responsibilities
Liaise with architectural designers and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs
Create a production method for more efficiency in design
Create detailed designs with revit software
Design diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate the workflow
Prepare plans to be submitted to the clients and the city.
Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
Ensure final designs comply with city regulations, codes, and quality standards
Create manuals that describe existing products’ operation, features, and maintenance
Project coordination
Involvement with presentations and seminars
Skills
Sharp performer and passionate for growth
Accepting responsibilities and result-driven
Proven work experience as a drafter or similar role
Hands-on experience with bim
Familiarity with 3d modeling tools
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent sense of design and creativity
Knowledge of municipal and building codes
